EV Emergency Charging · Port St Lucie

Out of charge? We bring the charger to you.

When a Tesla or EV runs out of charge, most roadside services offer one thing: a tow. DJR Roadside does the thing you actually need. We bring emergency charging to your vehicle in Port St Lucie, give it the charge it needs to move, and you drive to a full charger on your own wheels.

The charge comes to the car

Our service van carries mobile charging equipment and meets your EV where it stopped: a driveway in Tradition, a lot off US-1, a shoulder on I-95. You stay with your car, we connect, and the battery climbs off zero while you watch. No flatbed, no tow yard, no second trip to retrieve your car.

  • Teslas and other EVs: tell us the make and model when you call and we bring what your car needs.
  • Driveways, lots, and shoulders: anywhere your EV can sit safely while it charges.
  • A real boost: enough charge to drive yourself to a full charging station.
  • Nights and weekends: EVs run out at the worst hours. We are on call at all of them.

From our truck

We posted the video because a dead EV deserves a charge, not a tow

When a matte black Tesla sat dead in a Port St Lucie driveway, the DJR van rolled up, connected, and charged it where it sat. We film these calls because drivers do not believe mobile EV charging exists until they see it. Now you have seen it.

Follow the truck on Facebook and Instagram to see real calls as they happen, then save our number for the night your gauge, battery, or charge runs out.

What happens on an EV charging call

  1. 01

    Step 1

Call and tell us the vehicle, where it stopped, and what the battery shows.

  2. 02

    Step 2

We confirm the call and the price on the phone, then roll with the charging gear.

  3. 03

    Step 3

We connect at your vehicle and charge until you have the range to reach a charger.

  4. 04

    Step 4

You drive away on your own wheels. That is the whole point.

Straight answers

EV Emergency Charging questions

Which EVs can you charge?

Teslas and the other EVs you see around Port St Lucie every day. When you call, tell us the make, model, and year, and where the car stopped. We bring the charging equipment that fits your vehicle. If anything about your car is unusual, like a completely dead low-voltage battery alongside the empty main battery, describe it and we will tell you exactly what we can do.

How much charge will I get?

Enough to do the job an emergency charge is for: getting your EV off zero and driving it to a full charger, home, or another safe destination nearby. This is a rescue charge, not a full battery fill, and we will talk through your range target on the call so the charge matches where you need to drive next.

My Tesla is completely dead and will not unlock. Can you still help?

Call us and describe exactly what the car is doing. A fully drained EV can also leave its low-voltage system down, which affects doors, screens, and charging. We will walk through what you are seeing on the phone and tell you honestly what we can do on site. Many of these calls end with the car awake, charging, and driving away.

Why not just tow my EV to a charger?

You can, and wreckers do it every day, at tow prices, on tow timelines, with your car loaded, hauled, and unloaded before it charges a single mile. Mobile charging skips all of it: the charger comes to the car, the car stays on its own wheels, and you drive away. For a vehicle that only needs energy, it is the faster, gentler answer.

Stuck right now? One call and we pull up.
